Orders will be shipped in 3 to 7 business days after receiving payment. If there is a delay in shipment (unexpectedly large amount of orders, emergency, etc.) Daily Lovelies will notify you immediately of the delay and an estimate as to when your package will be shipped. If you have any special requests for the shipment, please include a comment in your order. Daily Lovelies products are shipped from Seattle, Washington, USA using the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class mail. Eye shadow is safely wrapped in a bubble mailer for additional protection. If the delivery is in the United States and your product is damaged upon arrival, contact Daily Lovelies to receive a replacement. Daily Lovelies is not responsible for lost packages that are shipped Internationally. Items shipped internationally, may have specific customs and regulations which may cause packages to take longer than 4 weeks to arrive.
All orders are final and cannot be returned due to the nature of cosmetics. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds and Exchanges
We accept refunds. Due to the nature of cosmetics and for sanitary reasons, items cannot be returned. Please view below for the full refund policy. Exchanges can be done if the original item was damaged upon delivery (US and Canada customers only. International orders cannot be exchanged).

Refunds will be given if the package is damaged on arrival. If there is a mistake in the order, please notify Daily Lovelies at email@example.com and it will be addressed immediately.
International orders cannot be refunded unless shipping costs are also refunded, due to the higher cost of shipping packages internationally.
If you are approved for a refund, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
